English-speaking Life Coach in Madrid

Originally from the UK, I've called Madrid home since 2008 when I moved here with PwC to learn Spanish. Since then, I’ve set up and run a successful translation business for 13+ years, married a Spaniard and had two amazing daughters, who are now 5 and 3.

In 2022, I took the decision to swap my documents for people and qualify as a Life Coach, a career I'd been eyeing up for decades. I'm now lucky enough to work doing something I love, in a job that plays to my strengths and aligns with my values.

I specialise in providing 1:1 support to:

  • individuals exploring a career transition, change of role or promotion;
  • women returning to work after a period of extended leave (to raise children, care for relatives, due to illness etc.;
  • busy professionals (especially those with big jobs and small kids) seeking to balance their responsibilities and find time for themselves and their passions
  • trailing spouses navigating the ups and downs of life overseas and redefining their purpose.

I work in English and Spanish, in person (central Madrid) and online. I’m a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I'm also a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and I hold a degree in Economics and Management from St Anne’s College, University of Oxford (1999-2002).

I love travelling - I've visited more than 50 countries and my favourites include New Zealand, India and, of course, my beloved Spain, which never ceases to surprise me. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, reading and working out at the gym. My guilty pleasures include twixes and vermouth, although preferably not together.
